PEOPLE BECOME STRONGER WHEN THEY FULLY UNDERSTAND THEMSELVES

The power of coaching lies within the relationship between the coach and client. It requires commitment, time and momentum.

In my experience, the people who have me as their personal leadership/life coach (I coach people from all walks of life), are able to manage themselves, their lives, their circumstances better – and they keep moving powerfully while achieving the outcomes they want to create in all areas of their lives.

For instance: Within reputable organizations, teams and or academies – I work with established top leaders and athletes on their whole person. Through this coaching process, they become fluid in their communication and relationships. Their lives as a whole are in full support to their ambitions. By extension they can focus at 100% on their careers. And, when their boat gets rocked, they are supported by our relationship, and become equipped to deal with and learn and grow from the challenges.These individuals are more able to align with others towards contributing to & achieving the overall goals of their team and/or organization. Bottom line, they become more effective and their lives become a safe and healthy container for their career.

 People must take care of themselves and their emotional health – Having a coach in your corner 

The coach holds his client bigger than they hold themselves – the coach will demand his best with fierceness, dignity, respect and compassion – clients are able to really and honestly re-connect with themselves – they are asked the questions they repress – everyone has things they avoid to talk about and sometimes they don’t even consciously know what these are – clients are safe to talk about themselves openly, safely, honestly – time out / space to take a breather – being heard – understood – championed

Having a unique sounding board – making sense of things in a constructive way – learning how to manage emotional state during challenging times – recovery from being tired and burnt out by the grind and the frustrations / coming away recharged – empowered – challenged – being at choice / making choices that truly align with purpose – building self-serving structures that support the client’s life as a whole – being clear on needs – improving the quality of life experience / feeling fulfilled …

General life outlook and balance – values system – purpose – habits – beliefs system – strengths – weaknesses – choice making – traits of personality – derailleurs / recovery – risk to fail – trust – perception – assumptions – clearing – listening levels – awareness levels – self-sabotaging – limiting beliefs – purpose versus ego – range of self-expression – circumstances and flexibility …
